Girdiğimizdə, otaqda çox xoşagəlməz bir pis qoxu vardı ki, bizi tərk etmək çox narahat idi. Pəncərələri saatlarla açıq tutmalıydıq, yenə də biz onu kokusuz. Şikayət etsələr də, gəldi və yoxladılar, ancaq oda dəyişdirməyi təklif etmirdilər. Hamam kilidi də qırıldı. Səhər yeməyi kədərli idi, aralıda çox şey yox idi. However, the Hotel is not maintained well. When we reached our room was still being prepared. As we entered, the room had a very peculiar foul smell that made us very uncomfortable to stay in. We had to keep the windows open for hours, still we could smell it. Despite complaining, they came and checked but did not even offer to change the room. The bathroon lock was broken too. The breakfast was sad, nothing much in the range and boring. We were stayed for 2 nights, but it was let down and bad experience to stay there. It should be a 2 start hotel, and definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Мне понравился этот отель, кормят замечательно ❤️😘. Всё добры, а ещё все знают русский язык, что меня поразило 😉. Хочу передать привет тренеру моему по плаванью 🤣❤️. Спасибо большое что были так добры, но имя я ваше до сих пор не узнала😔. Вы научили меня быстро плавать, устраивали конкурсы кто быстрее🙂❤️. Повару спасибо🙂❤️. Вообщем, приеду я к вам как нибудь ещё, ждите 😉❤️😘🎄.

House keeping was fine and rooms were clean. Food quality was average and staff are polite and nice. It's about 10 minutes ride to the city center,30 minutes if you walk.

Yemək otağı kifayət qədər böyük deyil .Bəzi otaqlar mənzərəyə yaxşı baxır. Ancaq otel birbaşa sahildə deyil. İnternet hər zaman sürətli deyil. Banyoların yenilənməsi lazımdır. Şəhər mərkəzində və ya köhnə şəhərdə 5 ulduzlu oteldə olmağı məsləhət görürəm, tac oteldən daha yaxşı olmalıdırlar. فندق عادي جدا ". لا انصح به. (Orijinal) It is average or less. Expedia says it is 4 star hotel. But it is not. I give it 2 stars. Bed is not comfortable enough. Breakfast is not pleasant. Dining room is not big enough .Some rooms have good view to the see. But the hotel is not on shore directaly. Internet is not fast all the time. Bathrooms need for upgrade. I recommend to stay in 5 star hotel in city center or old town, they should be better than the crown hotel. فندق عادي جدا". لا انصح به.

Good house keeping, clean rooms. Breakfast food quality was average. Polite and nice staff. Near to city centre, buiraq area, crystal hall... Great view... Wish to have a chance and visit it again!
